Pipe Extrusion Production Line Introduction
1. Optimized spiral die ensure the melt distribution uniform to make the pipe wall uniform and guarantee the pipe pressure.
2. Equipped copper Vacuum calibration sleeve with water lubrication ring, twin-chamber vacuum tank with spraying cooling and semicircular Nylon support, to ensure fast calibration, increase the production capacity and lower the operation.
3. These designs are especially good for big diameter pipe production and high speed production.

1. This plastic extruder (conical two screw extruder, conical two-screw extruder, extruder, conical twin-screw extruder) machine is mainly used to process pp, pe, wpc, abs and other plastics.
2. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can manufacture profile, pipes, sheets and other plastic products and granulation.
3. It has the advantage of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.

1. Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticizing at low temperature but high extrusion output.
2. Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoAl and nitrogen treated, surface hardness is HRC 65-68, which can has a long use life.
3. Millipore type mould with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality PPR pipes.
4. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC(touch screen). All parts, like extruder, haul off unit, cutter etc can be controlled by touch screen synchronously.
