1. Thespecially designed screws ensure high plastiication rate.
2. Special T-type die ensure the precise control of thickness of the plastic sheet/board.
3. Precise temperature control(±1°c) can pecisely control the plastiication process and ensure precise thickness and flatness of the products.
4. The thickness of the sheet is precisely adjusted by adjusting the screws and oil pessure wheels.
5. The calender can freely rise and fall.
