Sheet Features

Packaging details

 

1.  The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H).

2.  Export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

 


Extrusion Process

 

1. Plastic pellets are fed into the barrel of the extruder and conveyed by the screw.

2. The heaters which are outside of the barrel of the extruder as well as the friction from the rotation of the screw melt the plastic pellets into a sheet mold and then placed on a three-roll calender.

3. The produced sheet goes through the bottom and middle roll,wrapping around back of the middle roll and then back to the top roll or other methods as shown in sheet calender picture.

4. These rolls are helpful to take the heat out of the sheet, after the sheet comes off the roll,it moves down the conveyor to the end of sheet line where the edge trimmer cuts the sheet to width as well as a sheet shear cutter to length.

Extruder

 

1.  Screw adopts special design with efficient mixing function,equal plasticization and high capacity.

2.  The mater of barrel and screw is 38CrMoA1A, the hardness of nitride is 740HV.

 

 

Mould

 

Sheet mould uses double throttling design to ensure the sheet thickness accurate.

 

 

Calender

 

1. Temperature can be precisely controlled within ±1 °C and can control the plasticization process,the sheet thickness and smoothness.

2. Three-roll calender: horizontal, vertical or tilted arrangement, adjustable roll gap.

 

3. Independent roller temperature control system is able to make sheet thickness uniformity.

 

Details

 

1 .  Screw designed by American technology, with bigger L/D and compression ratio, ensures high speed and stable extrusion, meanwhile provides excellent plasticity. Extruder with “ABB” A/C frequency motor and high class “ABB” inverter, which provide accuracy and stable output control, Japan “OMRON” PID intelligent temperature controller, accuracy of temperature control: ±1°C;
2 .  Main body of cooling tank is made from medical standard stainless steel SUS316 material, which can tolerate long-term oxide etch with 10ppm sodium hypochlorite water. Tank frame with spiral elevating device, can be 3-D moved, trouble free operation; Equipped with stainless steel reservoir and medical standard stainless steel centrifugal pump which can form water circulation loop with outside cooling water supply;
3 .  Adopt America BETA Laser Mike bi-direction high speed diameter measurement system, which can realize measuring the diameter, ovality and positional value of product on line. Diameter measuring precision can get to ±0.001MM;
4 .  Puller adopts imported multilayer composite wearable strap (accord with medical sanitary requirements), with high level precision roller driving, stepless speed control;
5 .  Cutter equips with low inertia aluminum alloy rotating knife arm structure, together with locking device and alcohol cooling system for cutting knife. Driven and controlled by TECO Servo system, which offers high speed and high accuracy cutting action. With Japan Mitsubishi PLC programmable control and SIEMENS human-computer interface, cutter can realize continuous cutting, timing cutting, length counting cutting etc. Cutting length can be set freely, automatic counting.
